Once you add the crown and the afterburners, that takes it to 47.5mm.

The case comes ready for NH35, NH36, NH37, NH38, NH39, NH70, NH71, NH72, 4R35, 4R36, 6R15, 6R35 and similar movements and will perfectly accommodate a 28.5mm dial.

This case is rated for 50m water resistance with the appropriate gaskets and case back used.
