Refund policy

Once an order is confirmed, it will be taken as final and will be prepared for shipping as soon as possible. As such, all sales should be taken as final.

Where possible, we will try our best to accommodate your requests but failing which, please note we will not be able to process a refund or an exchange for orders that are have been prepared.

We seek your understanding that a change of mind is not a valid reason for requesting a return or refund and all sales should be taken as final.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any parts that have been installed or are damaged during the installation process are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, uninstalled or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at whatsup@modmodewatches.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like products sold "As-Is", "Learner's Corner" products, clearance products and custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Watch parts are very delicate parts are need to be handled with utmost care. As such, all watch hands and watch dials are not returnable or refundable once they are worked on in any way, installed on any movement, or bear any tool marks. In the unlikely event your dial / handset arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us IMMEDIATELY before installing the parts.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
